From your goal to your next session.

Choose a goal, review your availability, prepare a session and record what you actually completed. Devices and sensitive uploads are optional.

  1. 01

    Start with the right account

Create an account or sign in to your existing one. Recover a forgotten password rather than creating a second account. Your profile, goals and history belong together.

  2. 02

    Choose your goal and time

Set your sport, experience, local time zone and available training days. Add dated tests when you have them. DNA, blood panels and a wearable are not required to begin.

    Review the next cycle

Read the purpose of the cycle, session structure, recovery and any baseline practice. Review a proposed starting week when information is limited. A proposal is saved only after a successful confirmation.

  4. 04

    Prepare today’s session

Review current symptoms and available recovery context. Open the workout, its instructions and pre-, during- and post-session information. Missing information stays visible; you can still use the manual route.

    Record the actual work

After training, record what you completed, perceived effort and notes. Use an existing imported record where possible. Sport data keeps swim, bike and run separate, with explicit speed units and source dates.

Review transfer before training

Download supported structured workouts as FIT files for manual transfer. Verify compatibility and import on your device; a file download is not watch-delivery evidence.

Optional device connections

Authorize each athlete separately. Check what arrived and its source/date; connection status does not establish full history or watch delivery. Permissions can expire. Manual check-in and result entry remain available.

Planned recovery days

Check in on an off-day too. Rest is a valid choice; a scheduled rest day does not prove that you rested. Record only what you actually did. Optional comfortable routines are not tests of recovery or a reason to ignore illness or pain.

For coaches and administrators

Use the authorized coach account and select the intended athlete. Review assignment, consent, source dates and missing inputs before changes. Athlete records remain separate. Account recovery sends a single-use link to the stored account email; never ask for an existing password or share recovery links in a group. Provider acceptance is not inbox proof.

For HYROX: review running and stations separately

Confirm the division, station experience, equipment and available days. Review the proposed cycle before starting; a split estimate does not establish race performance.
