Email opens a draft in your email app. A Telegram contact link opens that contact. Opening either link does not send a message. Do not include passwords, verification codes, or health records.
Sign in to send a message directly to the existing JMM administrator Telegram channel. For login problems, use password recovery or the public email link if available.
Training and technical questions
JMM Coach cannot recover a password or confirm a human conversation. Contact the team separately for account help. A device status is not proof of data delivery.
Do I need Garmin or another wearable?
No. Profile, check-in and actual-work entry have manual paths. A connector’s presence is not evidence of complete sync. Review its live availability, permissions and last receipt in Connections.
Can I begin without FTP, pace or a recent test?
You can review a starting week when the minimum safety and scheduling inputs allow it. Unknown values are not invented. Supported baseline practice can help collect better evidence later.
Does the app predict my race result?
AdvanzedRacing is experimental scenario planning from explicit targets and assumptions. It does not establish sustainable effort or provide a validated finish-time prediction. Legacy personalized forecasts remain disabled.
What goes to external AI?
Optional OpenAI features have their own consent and source checks. Device/imported data and derived summaries stay out of external AI coaching. Manual meal entry and local tools remain available. Review the privacy policy for recipients and limits.
Is a chat response a reply from Jasmel?
No. JMM Coach includes automated app tools. A human-contact request is separate; a queued or provider-accepted notice does not mean a coach has read it or a call occurred. You can also use the public contact page.
